These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SnappSocial ("Service") provided by Andrei Sarealba ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SnappSocial is a web-based tool that lets you transform screenshots into styled images suitable for sharing on social media. Some features are available only on a paid subscription ("Pro").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service;
- use the Service to create or distribute spam, malware, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design and branding. You retain ownership of the screenshots and images you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
5. Subscriptions, payments and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment-related questions, please refer to Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet any specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
