30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our sales.

  1. Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Use the in-page refund form, or reply to your purchase receipt.
  3. Alternatively, email us at support@snappsocial.com with your order reference and we'll start the refund on your behalf.

Refunds outside the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always handle requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer protection law.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is not the same as a refund; if you'd like a refund as well, please request one as described above.
